Sales, Marketing & Customer Support Executive

In this dynamic and interesting international position, you will be responsible for liaising with new and existing partners and customers. You will support the sales and marketing department, provide information, make proposals and follow up leads. You will be the central support person in pursuit of customer satisfaction. Through your enthusiasm and professional support, you will help our partners and customers be successful.

As the central support person for our (international) partners, you are commercially minded and your (product) knowledge enables you to make appropriate proposals.

Because of the short lines of communication, good ideas can be quickly put into practice.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Make proposals and follow up leads
• Support our (international) partners
• Liaising with new and existing partners and customers
• Help create direct mailings and newsletters, manage email database
• Cooperate in arranging trade shows and events
• Assist with the preparation of business presentations and proposals
• Work on special projects as assigned by marketing and sales management

You are supportive of your customers needs and can formulate a customized approach and solution for each customer and for each project.

Desired Skills and Experience

You work and think at a bachelor (HBO) level and have at least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a commercial function in a B-to-B environment. You have good communication skills and relevant training or have followed marketing / sales related courses. You are a team player but can also work independently. You show initiative, can persuade and can handle stress well. You have an eye for detail.

You are in possession of a drivers license and can speak and write Dutch, English and German. French and / or Spanish would be an advantage.
