We always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Normally webshop orders of items in stock ship within 1-2 business days from Order Confirmation and can be expected to be delivered to you within five business days. In case of a delay in delivery of more than fifteen business days beyond the estimated delivery time above, you may cancel your order subject to written notice to us, in which case we will, as our entire liability for the delay, credit any payment made by you. If the order has already shipped, you must first return the item to us before such credit can be made. The freight cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. We currently ship to countries inside the European Union plus the United States only. You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations found as stated under Returns below. In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Returns & Replacements EU

We offer  a ‘no questions asked’ 14-day right-of-withdrawal from your webshop purchase, calculated from the date you order the goods. If you wish to make such a return please contact us. Items shall be returned properly wrapped and packed in their original packaging in unused condition. As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment. In case you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective you should contact us as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items or the product model delivered is not in line with your order. Returns  shall be sent to the address specifically instructed by us. Items purchased at the Web Shop cannot be returned in or through any other FloorWindo International B.V. reseller. Please use our return form:

Ordering from the Floorwindo International B.V. webshop is quick and easy.  Simply click the ‘Add to Basket’ button for the product you wish to put into your cart.  To remove any item in your cart, click the X under the column labeled ‘Remove’.  To change the quantity of an item, change the number in the box under the ‘Qty’ column. As soon as either of these changes are made to your cart, click ‘Update Shopping Basket’ and your new total will be recalculated. Once you are ready to complete the order, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Next, please choose to sign in, check out as a guest, or register. You will then be asked to enter billing & shipping information. Following this, choose a shipping method. Your payment information should be entered next. Finally, review your order, check the ‘agree to terms & conditions’ checkbox and click the ‘place order’ button to complete purchase.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions EU

The prices at the Floorwindo International B.V. webshop are current prices and may be changed at any time. Campaigns with reduced prices are time limited. Prices are inclusive of local VAT for consumers and companies within The Netherlands and are payable in EUR. For EU companies outside The Netherlands we provide buying without Dutch VAT. Please contact customerserviceeu@windodisplays.com and submit your VAT number. Payment can be made with iDeal, Paypal, credit card through PayPal or direct payment or as may otherwise be instructed at the Webshop. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorisation by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorisation. We co-operate with an authorized payment service provider (PSP), who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standards. All transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.
