Shipping

We always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Normally webshop orders of items in stock ship within 1-2 business days from Order Confirmation and can be expected to be delivered to you within five business days. In case of a delay in delivery of more than fifteen business days beyond the estimated delivery time above, you may cancel your order subject to written notice to us, in which case we will, as our entire liability for the delay, credit any payment made by you. If the order has already shipped, you must first return the item to us before such credit can be made. The freight cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order.

You are asked to inspect delivered items upon delivery and report any deviations found as stated under Returns. In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.

Through our webshop we currently ship to countries inside the European Union plus the United States only.
